All of our carriages are well maintained and we operate with a Hackney Carriage License and full Public Liability Insurance as safety is off the upmost.

                                                     

This traditional carriage is bottle green with a gold trim, it has a black leather hood with matching upholstery, this carriage can be pulled by a single horse or a pair. Usually used for the Father of the Bride and the Bride to church and Groom and Bride to reception. This carriages was purchased new in 2005 and is up to date with road safety specification, with these new copies all breaking systems are operated by foot pedals similar to today's modern cars.

The traditional Horse-Drawn carriage ensures a stylish arrival to the church.

This carriage was once owned by Lord Lamptons Estate last seen in the adaptation of Catherine Cookson's A Dinner of Herbs all so used in the Centenary of the Blaydon Races. This carriage is normally used for bringing the Groom, Best man and the ushers (footman) to church. This carriages is over 200 years old and has been lovingly restored, the above picture was taken at the grounds of Gibside Chapel.

This carriage is dark blue with gold trim with the family shield on each door it has a black leather hood with matching upholstery, recently purchased this carriage is well maintained and is very good for those winter weddings and for those rainy days.
